2. IDENTIFY DREAM LOCATION + HOME TYPE
Some buyers have a crystal clear vision of their dream home, and some don’t. For those looking for clarity, we start with a very thorough process of neighborhood education—driving around, making introductions to potential neighbors, whatever it takes to paint the picture. Only once we’ve distilled the goal do we start a very specific and efficient home search process.
3. NEGOTIATE A WIN-WIN DEAL
Having negotiated hundreds of deals, we have truly seen it all! Through them all, we are guided by two simple principles: first educating ourselves and our clients on the current market and values, and above all else, working toward accomplishing a win-win deal for all involved.
4. FINALIZE + CLOSE
With a home under contract, your lawyer, lender and brokers are all working together to keep up to date on timelines. We think of ourselves as the quarterbacks of the process, making sure everyone is doing what they should be doing, when they should be doing it. There is no better gratification than handing over the keys to a client!
